Highly Trained, Exemplary Supervisors
Supervisors are selected from our hardest working, most focused and distinguished employees. Most supervisors served as security guards for over five years, and know both the company and clientele exceedingly well.
Supervisors patrol sites during the day, all evening, and well into the morning. Security guards are not aware of the supervisor's schedule, which enables observation of guards and ensures optimum performance during high security risk hours.
Supervisors work closely with our guards and Tom Andrews to make certain post-orders are followed. Further, Supervisors regularly check guard cards to verify that security officers are in compliance with State Regulations.
