Access to Owners
In few other companies will clients have the option of speaking directly with the owner regarding concerns. A & S delivers security of mind and facilities with Tom and Glynda Andrews, who look forward to your calls and questions.
Security Programs Created For Each Client
Tom Andrews conducts precise security audits at each new clients' facility. During the audit, Tom examines the property, listens to the concerns and needs of the client, and structures a security program to optimize reductions in security risks. Tom also examines local crime statistics so the security program he designs will be thorough and swiftly effective.

We Work For You, You Work With Us
We look forward to any input clients have and operate according to an "open door policy," where our procedures can be changed, instantly, if a client so desires. Open communication is what serves as a foundation for our "open door policy" and communication, as a whole, is what makes A & S your ultimate source for answers and solutions to all your security needs.
|
Quarterly Meetings
To maintain steady and vertical progress at each site, Tom and Glynda hold meetings where all relevant members of personnel are scheduled to discuss their concerns about clients' property. Tom and Glynda record personnel responses, compare these responses with clients' goals and make adjustments to post-orders and staff as needed.

Re-Training
After quartely meetings, throughout the year, and whenever clients request, A & S performs retraining. This is either carried out by Tom Andrews or the supervisors and may involve the addition of another step or procedure or an entirely new set of steps and procedures and their subsequent implementation.

Questionable Incident Protocol
Accurate documentation is as high ranking in importance as our meritorious alarm response. Security officers document every incident at clients' facilities for two main reasons: first, so we can make the right changes to fit your evolving security needs and, second, to provide you with tangible evidence of the impact A & S has on reducing breeches in security.

Philanthropic Causes
A & S realizes the immense impact corporations can have in supporting and contributing to surrounding communities. From this realization comes support for facilities and events such as Five Acres, a shelter dedicated to housing abused and neglected children, The Special Olympics, The Neo-Natal Wing of the Arcadia Methodist Hospital, Glendora and Rancho Cucamonga's High School Sports Programs and the Susan G. Kohman Breast Cancer Walks. A & S also contributes to the yearly Founders Dinner at the Western University of Health Sciences, which benefits students enrolled at Western University.
